The house is located on a very quiet and safe street, very private, yet conveniently located between old Bab Touma and Hammam Bakri, a 3-minute walk from Bab Touma Square.

Nikolai House has 3 spacious and bright bedrooms, each comfortably furnished in oriental style and suitable for double occupancy. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean, modern bathroom with a western toilet.

The shaded garden and terrace provide a beautiful space for outdoor entertainment. A TV with foreign channels and air conditioning are available.

Access to the rooftop terrace gives you a chance to enjoy great panoramic views of the city of Damascus.

The house is available for short or long term rentals based on rooms.

Close to nightclubs and lively areas. The city center and shops are less than 50 meters away. Good transportation links the house to Arabic schools and universities for foreigners.
